The underlying message of Boots is about life choices and pursuing your dreams with gusto. Living a life with no regrets. I am like everyone and have periods of self-doubt and that feeling of being paralysed in not pursuing my goals. "Boots" is all about overcoming your own reservations and making the first steps in achieving your goals in life. No matter how big a goal it is. Figure we are all on borrowed time, so we may as well do the things we dream of doing and turn those dreams into reality. Whether that succeeds or not, it doesn’t really matter. Its about having a crack and not looking back with regret of wonder what if ! So …… I wrote a song about it called “Boots”.
